👉 Μια ουδέτερη αξιολόγηση που μας κάνει πραγματικά υπερήφανους

Οι περισσότερες επιχειρήσεις θα προτιμούσαν μια ουδέτερη αξιολόγηση να περάσει απαρατήρητη. Αυτή είναι μία από τις σπάνιες περιπτώσεις που μας κάνει πραγματικά χαρούμενους και υπερήφανους.

📌 Ο πελάτης γράφει ότι, έπειτα από αρκετές προσπάθειες και χρησιμοποιώντας Windows 7, όπως αναφέρεται στο εγχειρίδιο, το FW-FXR έκανε τον σκληρό δίσκο του να λειτουργήσει ξανά. Παρ’ όλα αυτά, άφησε ουδέτερη αξιολόγηση.

📍 Ίσως το μεγαλύτερο κομπλιμέντο που κρύβεται στην αξιολόγηση είναι η εμπιστοσύνη που έχει κερδίσει το FW-FXR όλα αυτά τα χρόνια. Ο πελάτης θεώρησε την επιτυχία δεδομένη και περίμενε να ολοκληρώσει τη διαδικασία με τα λίγα κλικ που περιγράφει το εγχειρίδιο. Όταν χρειάστηκαν μερικές επιπλέον προσπάθειες —χωρίς να εξηγεί τι τις προκάλεσε— η ενόχληση από τη διαδικασία επισκίασε το επιτυχημένο αποτέλεσμα.

Είναι μια μάλλον αυστηρή ερμηνεία του «ουδέτερου», αλλά τη δεχόμαστε με χαμόγελο. Θα θέλαμε μόνο να είχε επικοινωνήσει μαζί μας, ώστε να τον καθοδηγήσουμε και πιθανότατα να κάνουμε την εμπειρία του πλήρως θετική.

👉 A neutral review we are genuinely proud of

Most businesses would rather let a neutral review pass unnoticed. This is one of the rare cases that makes us genuinely happy and proud.

📌 The customer writes that, after several attempts and using Windows 7 as stated in the manual, FW-FXR got his hard drive working again. Even so, he left neutral feedback.

ℹ️ FW-FXR was designed 12 years ago as part of our first research project in data recovery. It still solves real-world problems, including DIY use by people who are not data-recovery specialists. With a final retail price below €70, customers such as this one have been able to recover their own data in their own space, without sending the drive and their personal files elsewhere.

📍Perhaps the greatest compliment hidden in the review is the confidence FW-FXR has earned over time. The customer treated success as a given and expected the process to be completed in the few clicks described in the manual. When it required a few extra attempts—and the review does not explain why—the frustration of the process overshadowed the successful result.

That is a rather strict interpretation of “neutral,” but we accept it with a smile. We only wish he had contacted us when he encountered difficulty, so we could have guided him and likely made the experience fully positive.

✅ Twelve years after it was designed, FW-FXR is still helping people recover their own data. That is a result worth sharing.

The NVIDIA RTX 3090 Zotac Trinity is a demanding graphics card, known for the high temperatures it can develop on the VRAM.

ℹ️ In this video, the user applies K5 PRO the right way: he uses the maximum amount required to fully cover the entire VRAM surface and properly fill the gap between the memory chips and the heatsink.

The result is clear:

► VRAM before: 98°C
► VRAM after: 78°C

✳️ 20°C lower VRAM temperature.

📌 And this is where the usual misunderstanding appears. In the comments, users point out that too much material was used. One of them even refers generally to “studies” about 50-80% die coverage.

That is the wrong way to approach this type of application.

📌 There are no generic rules that apply to every material, every component and every cooling system. Thermal paste on a die is one application. Phase change material is another application. Thermal putty used as thermal pad replacement on VRAM, VRM and power components is a different application.

Every product has its own characteristics and must be applied according to the way it was designed by its manufacturer.

✅ K5 PRO was designed as a thermal pad replacement. It was not designed to be placed as a small amount in the center of the component. It must fill the gap, fully cover the surface and create real thermal contact with the heatsink.

❗️ If part of the VRAM remains uncovered, heat cannot be transferred properly from that area. When the surface is fully covered, the entire component takes part in the cooling process.

💬 The user answers the comments in the best possible way: with the result.

Η NVIDIA RTX 3090 Zotac Trinity είναι μια απαιτητική κάρτα γραφικών, γνωστή για τις υψηλές θερμοκρασίες που μπορεί να αναπτύξει στις VRAM.

ℹ️ Σε αυτό το video, ο χρήστης εφαρμόζει το K5 PRO με τον σωστό τρόπο: χρησιμοποιεί τη μέγιστη ποσότητα που απαιτείται για να καλυφθεί πλήρως όλη η επιφάνεια των VRAM και να γεμίσει σωστά το κενό ανάμεσα στα memory chips και την ψύκτρα.

📌 Και εδώ εμφανίζεται η συνηθισμένη παρεξήγηση. Στα σχόλια υπάρχουν χρήστες που παρατηρούν ότι χρησιμοποιήθηκε υπερβολική ποσότητα υλικού. Ένας μάλιστα αναφέρεται γενικά σε “studies” για κάλυψη 50-80% του die.

Αυτός είναι λάθος τρόπος σκέψης για τέτοιες εφαρμογές.

📌 Δεν υπάρχουν γενικοί κανόνες που να ισχύουν για κάθε υλικό, κάθε εξάρτημα και κάθε σύστημα ψύξης. Άλλη εφαρμογή είναι η θερμοαγώγιμη πάστα πάνω σε die, άλλη εφαρμογή είναι το phase change material και άλλη εφαρμογή είναι το thermal putty που αντικαθιστά thermal pads σε VRAM, VRM και power components.

Κάθε προϊόν έχει τα δικά του χαρακτηριστικά και πρέπει να εφαρμόζεται όπως το έχει σχεδιάσει ο κατασκευαστής του.

✅ Το K5 PRO έχει σχεδιαστεί ως thermal pad replacement. Δεν έχει σχεδιαστεί για να μπαίνει λίγο στο κέντρο του εξαρτήματος. Πρέπει να γεμίζει το διάκενο, να καλύπτει πλήρως την επιφάνεια και να δημιουργεί πραγματική θερμική επαφή με την ψύκτρα.

❗️Αν ένα μέρος της VRAM μείνει ακάλυπτο, από εκείνο το σημείο δεν μπορεί να γίνει σωστή μεταφορά θερμότητας. Όταν η επιφάνεια καλύπτεται πλήρως, όλο το εξάρτημα συμμετέχει στην ψύξη.
