Great discussions and clear alignment during our recent strategy meeting between and DNA High Performance Filters.

We reviewed the 2025 year in detail, looking at performance, key learnings, and what worked best across products and collaboration. From there, we defined the 2025 with a strong focus on efficiency, product development, and international market growth.

We also aligned on next steps, setting concrete priorities and timelines, and explored new projects that will strengthen our partnership and create additional value for customers.

On Friday, September 12th, 2025, our whole team came together for an amazing company-wide event to share the results of our Strategy Meeting. The Management Team walked us through our refreshed plan that will guide us in the years ahead.

We kicked off with an inspiring presentation on our and , focusing on , , and . Our core were front and center, reminding us what drives everything we do together.

The best part? The open discussions with teams from every department. It was incredible to hear everyone’s ideas, questions, and feedback – and to see how each of us plays a role in making our goals a reality.

The day was all about connection, energy, and shared purpose. Seeing everyone engaged and excited about the future was truly inspiring – it reminded us why our team is so strong.
