Lex Graeca is happy to announce the first ever English version of Greece’s Code of Civil Procedure.

In his introduction to the work, Panayiotis Yiannopoulos, Assoc. Professor of Civil Procedure at Democritus University of Thrace said “one cannot but applaud the difficult task that Messrs Daniel Webber and John O’Shea undertook and executed with diligence and care, providing the legal community with an accurate and truly functional and useable translation of the Greek Code of Civil Procedure, updated even to the most recent amendments passed up to late 2023.
