💡 We had the pleasure of hosting the 3rd Transnational Project Meeting of A2Fintecs – Accelerating the Adoption of Fintech in SMEs in Athens.

Together with our consortium partners: Universidad de Burgos, Malta Stock Exchange plc, FiveComply, Vernian RTI ServIn srl, we reviewed overall project progress and aligned on the next phase of implementation. Key discussions focused on strengthening the Capability Building Framework, advancing the Skills Mapping Tool and sector-specific implementation guides, and accelerating the development and testing of the A2FINTECS digital platform.

🌱 We also worked on dissemination, sustainability, and the roadmap ahead - focusing on how our tools and methodologies can create measurable impact for SMEs across Europe.

What stood out most was the clarity and commitment around the table - step by step, we’re building something that will genuinely support SMEs in navigating fintech adoption 🚀

🚀 Day 1 of the Greek Innovation Pavilion at the Smart City Expo World Congress, what a start!

Cities, islands, and regions from across Greece came together with bold, practical visions for sustainable, digital-first transformation. From Kalamata 2030 to the Municipality of Vari - Voula - Vouliagmeni, we saw inspiring examples of how local action is shaping smarter, more sustainable communities across Greece.

We kicked off with sharp case talks from our co-exhibitors IntelliSoft ΕΠΕ, Top Vision Ltd., and Infinite Informatics Ltd, showcasing real deployments and measurable impact.

🔥 Our first fireside chat series launched with the Patras Port Authority - ΟΛΠΑ Α.Ε. - unveiling its master plan and the journey, through Pleiades, toward a truly smart port via the Patras Port Innovation Hub.

The Municipality of Palaio Faliro shared its roadmap too, building on international standards and best practices to deliver resilient, people-centric infrastructure.

We wrapped up the day with Spanish tapas, local wines and good vibes at the Pleiades Member networking evening in the heart of Barcelona - new connections, new collaborations, and momentum for what comes next!
