Ρίξατε λίγο κόκα κόλα ή καφεδάκι μέτριο προς γλυκό στο Μ1 Macbook σας; Την γλύτωσε αλλά κολλάνε τα κουμπιά; Καθαρισμός και αλλαγή σπασμένων (όλο και κάποιος θα προσπάθησε την τύχη του!) στη μισή τιμή αλλαγής πληκτρολογίου. Η τιμή εξαρτάται από τον αριθμό των πλήκτρων που έχουν πρόβλημα.

Macbook Pro 2018 (A1989) arrived dead for data recovery. Small capacitor at pp3v3_g3h died from a small liquid drop but took the PMU with it (can see the burn mark on the pictures). A new PMU was removed from donor and reballed before replacing the dead one. Macbook is back, data intact.

A dead Macbook Air M1 arrived today for data recovery. There was a 5V short due to a dead capacitor but even when the short was cleared the PMIC would still not provide a stable 5V on that line. So we simply borrowed 5V from another LDO and the board along with its data is BACK!

Jumpers were soldered under the microscope and the €1000 (refurbished price) amp is back to life.

Macbook A1706 with liquid damaged LVDS connector on the t-con board of the LCD panel resulting to no image on screen.

This kind of damage usually means a new expensive LCD (approx €600), but here, doing our thing, we replaced just the damaged connector by performing a small but of high precision electronics surgery.

At a fraction of the cost this laptop is working again.
