At Eurosatory 2026, Fourthedesign delivered an interactive real-time 3D experience for EFA GROUP and SCYTALYS S.A.

Instead of producing a traditional linear animation, we developed a real-time interactive visualization that allowed visitors to explore complex defence technologies more engagingly and flexibly.

The experience combined the visual impact of high-end 3D animation with the feeling of using a live application.

Through careful optimization of the 3D models, graphics, and interaction system, the full experience ran smoothly on Android tablet hardware, without requiring a powerful computer or high-end graphics card.

The tablet was connected to a large TV screen, making the experience easy to follow and impressive inside a busy exhibition space.

🏡 Step inside an entire neighborhood in Virtual Reality.

Fourthedesign has completed the VR walkthrough for “The Million”, an impressive new residential development by Kourtidis Group in Asprovalta, near Thessaloniki.

This was one of our most ambitious real estate VR projects to date.

🔹 100 residences
🔹 14 private pools
🔹 Central shared pool
🔹 Common outdoor spaces
🔹 Multiple interior layouts

Using Meta Quest 3, we created a fully interactive VR experience where potential buyers can:

• Explore the entire neighborhood in real time
• Walk through exterior and interior spaces
• View photos, videos, and property information
• Experience the development before construction is complete

The result is a powerful sales and marketing tool that helps clients understand the scale, design, and atmosphere of the project in a much more immersive way than traditional renders.

And the best part? The system is modular and can be expanded easily for future developments.

Bringing Cretan history into VR

We are excited to share a new immersive cultural heritage project developed by Fourthedesign.

This VR experience explores key moments of Cretan history through interactive storytelling, theatrical visual design, 3D characters, and real-time environments. The project includes four historical scenes: Gramvousa, Arkadi, Ierapetra, and Heraklion.

Using historical photo cut-outs, collage techniques, theatrical lighting, and spatial sound design, we aimed to create a more emotional and engaging way to experience history.

This project shows how virtual reality can help bring cultural heritage closer to modern audiences.

We recently delivered an advanced VR walkthrough for Kourtidis Group, giving users the ability to explore detailed 3D areas and interiors directly on Meta Quest.

This solution brings a modern, immersive approach to real-estate presentation, allowing clients, investors, and buyers to experience a property long before construction begins.

With high visual, smooth performance, and full interactivity, it demonstrates how standalone VR can elevate property showcasing to a whole new level.
