Job description
Adrestia is among the fastest developing start ups in Greece. Its portfolio includes specialization in cyber security ( VAaS) and Human vulnerability assessment. Moreover we are an SME specializing in selected parts of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), based in the beautiful island of Crete.
We would like to hire in Crete in hybrid mode a Dissemination Manager with creativity, dedication and team spirit to join our Innovation R&D team. You will work in a fast-paced, cross-discipline environment supporting the EU research projects of the company and representing the company in international consortium.
Related to specific H2020 and Horizon Europe Projects:
Development of the RRI (Responsible Research and Innovation) strategy to be included in H2020 Projects and Horizon Europe projects.
Responsible for the management and implementation of Communication & Dissemination tasks in the framework of EU-funded projects
Development of the Communication activities (project website set up and management, communication material, social networks, events organization as workshops, project meetings, etc.)
Report of the communication activities to the European Commission and project partners (deliverables, Project meetings, annual reports).
Coordination of the communication and dissemination activities across the Project Consortium.
Representing the Institute in International Events and commercial meetings (EU Infodays, B2B meetings, Fairs and Exhibitions
Requirements
Msc Degree in Communication, Marketing, Social Science, Digital Science or related disciplines.
Graphic design skills. Photography and video edition skills will be valuable.
Organizational skills and practical experience in events planning and organization.
Have excellent communication and presentation skills
Proven international professional expertise and excellent collaborative skills. Experience in participation in European Projects will be valuable but not mandatory.
Great communicative (both oral and writing) skills in English (C1 level or equivalent).
Proactive, self-sufficient, reliable, and friendly behavior. Strong teamwork and leadership capabilities.
Availability and willingness to travel abroad for project meetings all expenses paid
Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe suite, or equivalent tools for graphic design.
