➡ Athena Rori: Athens is a Senior Business Analyst at TMS Cardiff Gas Ltd. Gas. She joined the TMS Cardiff Group of companies in 2014 and have advanced progressively to more responsible positions throughout the years. She has majored in Psychology and Business Administration.
Her professional experience is mainly around training and digital project management.

During the last decade has gained experience from sales, commercial and financial departments.
Since 2022, contributes to the successful transition of the organization to Tableau and to the transformation of METRO S.A. to a data driven organization.
➡ Dimitris GEORGOPOULOS: Dimitris is a co-founder of the DPO Academy, the Hellenic Customer Service Institute (ΕΙΕΠ), and the Academy of Customer Service Excellence (ACSE).
He participates as a speaker and keynote speaker at conferences and has published numerous articles in specialized media on topics such as Data Governance, Data Privacy, GDPR & GRC, Cybersecurity, Data Breach Prevention & Management, Resilience & Recovery, Customer Experience Transformation, among others.
He has experience in top executive positions (C-Level) such as Executive Board Member, CEO, CCO, COO, GM, CINO, Marketing Director, e-business Director in the financial sector, both in Greek and multinational companies.
He studied Economic Science at the University of Piraeus and pursued further education at the Corporate University of Societe Generale, the European School of Management (ESCP-EAP), INSEAD, and TDI.
