The first challenge regarding remote working is successful and easy communication with colleagues and customers of the company. The IT responsible of the company should provide all the appropriate means to close the "remote gap". **Use business laptops. Always be prepared for remote working. Home PC's are family shared or fun/game oriented.
**IP Telephony is a better choice than redirecting your a phone number.
**Use collaboration tools to create a virtual office environment. **Set the rules for remote working and etiquette: What is provided to the remote worker, what is expected, when to sign on and off. Set frequent virtual meetings, remind that work performance is not about hours, be transparent and communicate everything.
