It was a pleasure to be part of the European Private Wealth Excellence Forum in Athens, and to explore with the community where private wealth is heading next.

On 18 September, our Founder & Managing Director, Aristides Protopapadakis, joined Borana Hima, Head of Advisory at FJVA, for a roundtable on “Private Wealth in Transition: Preserving Legacy, Embracing Innovation”, moderated by Anabel Mifsud, Governor of FinanceMalta.

Key themes from the discussion:

🔹Legacy starts with clarity on what families truly want to preserve: values, structures, or both
🔹Succession planning and governance must stay flexible as families and generations evolve
🔹Technology and AI are changing how the next generation engages with wealth, but trust, human judgement and personal relationships remain central

The takeaway: preservation and progress go hand in hand. Protecting what matters while staying open to new ways of managing and passing on wealth is what makes structures resilient and future-ready.
