After organizing tech conferences in Greece for so many years, this is a question people ask us all the time. The truth is, the most memorable things always happen backstage.

We remember the time Scott Hanselman joined us as a speaker a few years ago. You would normally expect someone with his reputation to ask for VIP treatment. Instead, he completely surprised us. He was picking up chairs with the crew, refusing special dinners, and insisting on taking a regular taxi to the airport. It was a massive lesson in humility from a true industry leader.
