We were at the War Museum in Athens today for an important briefing by ΕΛΚΑΚ (Ελληνικό Κέντρο Αμυντικής Καινοτομίας) — Greece's new defence innovation hub focused on dual-use technologies.

What does "dual-use" mean? Technologies that serve both civilian and defence applications. Think communications networks that protect critical infrastructure. IoT systems that monitor everything from solar parks to military installations. Surveillance solutions that work across sectors.
