Position Details: Office Administrator
We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator, to coordinate office activities for our office in Athens. The role includes performing general office administration tasks, providing ongoing support to management and participating in projects and special assignments. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, trustworthy and will have impeccable verbal and written communication skills and a strong ability to multi-task, prioritize and work with little supervision.
Responsibilities
• Perform general office administration tasks, such as ordering and maintaining inventory of office supplies and equipment, manage appointment setting, schedules, agendas and travel arrangements for the management, manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mails, letters, packages etc.).
• Conveying a welcoming presence while answering the phone, responding to client questions, greeting guests, and carrying out responsibilities that ensure a consistent appointment process.
• Support business and marketing activities, events, promotions.
• Update and maintain spreadsheets, presentations, databases such as mailing lists, client information and participate in bookkeeping tasks, projects and special assignments as required by management.
Requirements
• Associate degree required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• 2+ years’ experience working in an office setting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
• Customer-service oriented
• Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision
