Through a consistent and continuous effort, the Company evolved into an Information and Communications specialized company, while entering the area of electronics technology, creating an infrastructure and capabilities for Design and Construction of Electronic Systems. Characterized by innovation, the main objective is the development of Corporate Products and Services of high technology in the fi

eld of Electronics, Information Technology, Telecommunications and Energy. The export-orientation in new markets is a dynamic priority to the promotion of company products. Today, the Company is considered the largest of its kind in the Greek region, and that is the result of hard and persistent effort, featuring quality, competitiveness, reliability and effective support from its partners. The staff which supports the activities of the Company amounts to 56 people, characterized by their high training and effort to continuously further and/or upgrade their education – training. The working environment supports creativity and continuous improvement through development of new ideas in theory and experimentation. Prisma Electronics was pleased to participate in the 3rd Digital Beach Summit 2026, held in Monolithi, Preveza, an event dedicated to innovation, technology and digital transformation.

During the Summit, Prisma Electronics was honoured for its journey and contribution to Greek innovation, with the distinction presented to the company’s CEO, Christos Giordamlis.

As part of the “Honoured Greek Company” session, Mr. Giordamlis presented “Greek Innovation with a Global Outlook: Research, Innovation & Digital Defence”, highlighting how research, technological development and advanced engineering can transform Greek expertise into solutions with international reach and real-world applications.

Prisma Electronics was delighted to participate in the presentation of Dimitris Dimitriadis’ book, *2049: User Guide to an Intelligent Future*, an event that attracted significant interest from the local community and highlighted the importance of dialogue around Artificial Intelligence and the technologies shaping the future.

As part of the event, Dimitra-Marina Giordamli, Corporate Affairs at Prisma Electronics, joined the discussion alongside the Mayor of Alexandroupolis, Ioannis Zampoukis, exchanging views on the opportunities and challenges that Artificial Intelligence presents for businesses, society, and local development.

Prisma Electronics attended the reception hosted by the Embassy of France in Greece to celebrate France's National Day (Bastille Day), held at the Byzantine and Christian Museum.

In her address, the Ambassador of France to Greece, H.E. Laurence Auer, highlighted the long-standing strategic partnership between Greece and France, emphasizing the two countries' shared commitment to safeguarding European values, security, and stability.

The MICE-1 nanosatellite by Prisma Electronics is the first mission of the Hellenic CubeSat Programme to have successfully completed all of its technical and operational objectives, officially entering full operational service following the successful completion of the In-Orbit Commissioning Review (IOCR), which took place in the presence of representatives from the ESA - European Space Agency and the Hellenic Ministry of Digital Governance and Artificial Intelligence.

On this occasion, the Minister of Digital Governance and Artificial Intelligence Υπουργείο Ψηφιακής Διακυβέρνησης, Mr. Dimitris Papastergiou, stated:

"MICE-1 confirms that the Greek space programme is maturing and delivering tangible results. It is one of the missions that form part of a broader national strategy, through which Greece now has 18 satellites in orbit and is steadily expanding its national space capabilities. HELLAS-SPACE 2.0, with a budget of €350 million, builds on the National Microsatellite Programme, aiming to leverage space technologies for the benefit of civil protection, environmental monitoring, security, and the everyday lives of citizens."

Highlighting the significance of the mission for Greece and European space cooperation, Mr. Frédéric Rouesnel, Head of the Resilience Initiatives Implementation Management Office at ESA's Resilience, Navigation and Communication Directorate, commented:

"The commissioning of MICE-1 marks a milestone for the Greek space ecosystem and illustrates the strong relationship between ESA and its Member States. We are proud to support Greece’s rapidly growing end-to-end space capabilities, as they build up their sovereign space solutions and expand the resilience of Europe’s value chain and technological know-how."

On behalf of Prisma Electronics, Ms. Dimitra Marina Giordamli, Corporate Affairs, stated:

"MICE-1 is not only a successful space mission but also a significant milestone for Greece. As the first mission of the Hellenic CubeSat Programme to successfully complete all of its objectives, it demonstrates that Greek expertise can transform ambition into tangible results and lay the foundations for the country's future national space missions."

The MICE-1 mission is being implemented under the National Microsatellite Programme by the Hellenic Ministry of Digital Governance and Artificial Intelligence, with the European Space Agency (ESA) supporting its management and implementation. The project is part of Greece's National Recovery and Resilience Plan "Greece 2.0" and is funded by the European Union's NextGenerationEU Recovery and Resilience Facility.

Prisma Electronics participated in the second day of the Greek Space Tech Forum 2026, contributing to the discussion on the role of space technologies in climate resilience, civil protection, and maritime applications.

During the panel “Space Applications for Climate, Civil Protection & Maritime Resilience”, the company’s Managing Director, Christos Giordamlis, highlighted how space technologies are strengthening the maritime sector. Drawing on Prisma Electronics’ experience with the MICE-1 nanosatellite and the LAROS platform, he demonstrated how satellite communications and space-based data enhance connectivity, operational efficiency, and the safe management of vessels, even in remote maritime areas.

A highlight of the Forum was the reference made by Deputy Minister of Development for Research and Innovation, Stavros Kalafatis, who underscored the role of established Greek industries, such as Prisma Electronics with the MICE-1 nanosatellite, alongside innovative scale-ups, in shaping a strong and competitive Greek space ecosystem.
