Almost a year ago, Filippos Fragkogiannis and I were assigned the design of AkzoNobel Coatings SA’s newest sampler for the Greek market. “The Case for Color” was a major technical challenge with white ink being a prerequisite. An area as large as 70x28cm was printed using hot foil stamping, executed with craftsmanship by XENOS PRINTING HOUSE, and this is one of the plates used. The outcome is an alluring object that we’ll present in an upcoming case study.
