“What if the reason you feel different is because you were created for something bigger?” ✨

✅Purpose is not a coincidence.
It is the very essence of who you are. The reason you exist in this moment, in this generation, at this point in history.

✅Every dream in your heart, every challenge you have survived, and every gift you carry is connected to something greater you are meant to fulfill.

✅Do not underestimate your existence. The world is waiting for the impact only you can create.

A team from the National Internship Program (NIP) engaged with Mr. Edwin Zu-Cudjoe, the CEO of Social Enterprise Ghana, and his team, marking the beginning of a strategic partnership aimed at advancing internships for Ghanaian youth after their skills training. The discussion focused on establishing NIP as a clear pathway to employment for trainees across training hubs nationwide. Additionally, the team explored how small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) can actively influence training content and internship roles based on real industry needs. This approach aims to ensure a stronger alignment between skills development and the demands of the job market. 🚀A team from the National Internship Program (NIP) engaged with Mr. Edwin Zu-Cudjoe, the CEO of Social Enterprise Ghana, and his team, marking the beginning of a strategic partnership aimed at advancing internships for Ghanaian youth after their skills training. Introducing SkillSet Lab – The Evolution of SheGeek Digital Skills Training 🚀

We’re excited to announce that we are rebranding SheGeek Digital Skills Training Program into SkillSet Lab.

After 4 impactful cohorts, 266 applications, 90 fellows trained, and 71% of participants accessing internships, jobs, and freelance opportunities, it’s time to scale our impact.

SkillSet Lab is the training arm of Innville Foundation’s employability ecosystem, designed to equip Ghanaian youth with future-ready, income-generating skills.

But we don’t stop at training.
We provide a clear pathway:
Skills (SkillSet Lab)→ Internship (NationaI Internship Program) → Jobs and freelance (Ghana Talent Bank)

This is more than a rebrand. It’s a bold step towards building a system that helps Ghanaian youth learn, work, and earn sustainably.

SkillSet Lab – Gateway to Skills, Work & Income. 💡

SheGeek Digital Skills Training – Impact So Far 🚀

What started as a simple idea, to equip young people with digital skills, has quickly grown into a movement shaping the future of work for Ghanaian youth. Across four cohorts, the SheGeek Digital Skills Training has attracted 266 applications from young people eager to learn, grow, and unlock new opportunities. Even more inspiring, 87% of these applicants are female, a powerful signal that more women are stepping boldly into the digital economy.

But beyond the numbers are real stories, young people discovering that with the right skills, they can earn, create, and compete. From Digital Marketing to AI for Work Productivity, participants are gaining high-demand, practical skills they can immediately apply to secure jobs, take on freelance work, or build their own ventures. You can see the shift from uncertainty to confidence, from learning to actually building.

What makes this training program different is simple: we don’t stop at training. At Innville Foundation, we walk the journey with our participants. From the training room, they move into internships through our National Internship Program (NIP), and from there, into direct job opportunities through our Ghana Talent Bank (GTB). It’s a clear, intentional pathway from skills to experience to employment, designed to lead to sustainable livelihoods.

And the results speak for themselves; over 71% of our participants across these cohorts have gained access to internships, full-time roles, and freelance opportunities through this ecosystem. This is the difference: not just training, but real outcomes.

With every cohort, we’ve learned, improved, and refined our approach, making each experience stronger, more practical, and more impactful than the last. Now, we’re expanding to reach even more young people across the country and deepen our impact.

This is more than a training program. It’s an employment ecosystem, and this ecosystem is co-created with you. 💡

Day 2 Complete – SheGeek Digital Skills Training Cohort 4 🚀

Day 2 took things a step further, and the transformation is already visible.

Building on the foundation from Day 1, participants moved from understanding AI to actively applying it to real, practical tasks that directly connect to job opportunities and income generation.

At Innville Foundation, our goal is not just knowledge, but skills that translate into real-world value, and Day 2 delivered exactly that.

What We Covered on Day 2

The focus was clear: using AI tools to create, build, and solve problems.

Participants were guided to apply AI prompting frameworks to generate eye-catching designs using ImageFX, learning how to:

1. Create visuals for social media, branding, and marketing
2. Deliver design outputs faster and more efficiently
3. Build skills that are in high demand for freelance and digital jobs

We also introduced participants to website creation using Google Sites, where they learned how to:

1. Build simple websites without coding
2. Create digital portfolios and business pages
3. Position themselves professionally online for job and client opportunities

These are not just skills, they are income-generating tools. From freelancing in design to building websites for businesses, participants are gaining practical capabilities that can immediately be monetized.

What’s Next?

Participants will apply everything they’ve learned to build real solutions, present their work, and receive feedback, just like in real work environments.

At Innville Foundation, we are intentional about preparing young people for the future of work. By equipping them with AI-driven digital skills, we are making them more competitive in the job market, more productive in their careers, and more capable of creating their own opportunities.
