‎The recent devastating floods in Accra, Greater Accra region, Cape Coast, Central region, Samaboi, Western region and some parts of Volta region in Ghana, have left thousands of families facing immense hardship.
‎
‎ Homes have been destroyed, livelihoods disrupted, and communities are working to recover from the loss and devastation.
‎
‎According to the latest reports:
‎
‎8,761+ households affected
‎48,802+ people displaced
‎40+ lives tragically lost.
‎Several people have also been reported missing.
‎
‎Behind these figures are families who urgently need food, shelter, essential supplies, and the reassurance that they are not facing this crisis alone.
‎
‎At Carifika Global Ghana, we believe that when one Ghanaian community is affected, we all have a responsibility to stand together.
‎
‎ In the spirit of Ghanaian and Pan-African solidarity therefore, we are partnering with all well-meaning and kind-hearted Ghanaians and people to support volunteer mobilisation and humanitarian relief efforts for these affected communities.
