This is what learning looks like when students are empowered to lead. 💡
At our AITK Robotics lab, we do things a little differently.
Students don't work alone, they work in teams. Every coding session is a collaboration, because we believe the habits of teamwork, communication, and shared problem-solving are just as important as any line of code.
And when the session ends? The teams present.
They stand up, face their peers, and walk the room through what they built, how they built it, and what they learned along the way.
It is one of our favorite parts of every session. Watching a child who walked in quiet and unsure walk out having just presented their work in front of a room full of people.
That confidence doesn't stay in the lab. It follows them into the classroom, into competitions, and one day into boardrooms and innovation labs across Africa.
