We often hear about the importance of STEM education, but it’s crucial to emphasize problem-solving first. By teaching students to tackle real-world problems and equipping them with the skills needed to address these challenges, we create dynamic and capable innovators. Recently, we adapted our tech expertise into training modules and implemented them at Serwaa Nyarko Girls' School. The results were impressive: students developed solutions like waste segregation bins, biogas systems, adjustable tables and chairs from plastic waste, eco friendly sanitary pad incinerators and solar-powered intruder detection. This hands-on approach not only enhanced their skills but also empowered them to solve pressing environmental issues. The impact on these girls and the community is truly inspiring.

🚀 Exciting News! 🚀

I'm thrilled to share that after successfully facilitating the first training on IoT and hardware, I've been invited to facilitate two more incredible sessions for the participants of the KIC challenge KNUST. 🌟

This journey reminds me of a recent adventure I had in Swedru with Tek-devisal. I went to install one of our solar cameras at the tallest height I've ever climbed with a ladder, and let me tell you, that ladder looked incredibly hollow! 😅

At some point, I'll admit I had second thoughts, and I almost told them I’m not selling the camera anymore just so I could avoid the daunting height. But then, I realized something profound. To deliver value and overcome challenges, you sometimes need to understand your client's perspective fully. So, I mustered the courage, climbed that shaky ladder, and positioned the camera so they could view it on their phones. It was only after ensuring their satisfaction that I proceeded to drill and install it securely.

This experience perfectly embodies the essence of Agile methodology - spending less, delivering value, and continually improving as you go. It's about adapting to change, understanding your client's needs, and ensuring everyone involved is satisfied. 🌟

So, join me in these upcoming training sessions, where we'll explore IoT, hardware, MVP and Lean methodology together. We'll learn how to create a Minimum Viable Product, practice Lean principles, and take steps towards entrepreneurship. Additionally, we'll dive into MVP Testing, conducting feasibility studies, and testing assumptions in your Business Model Canvas.
