I asked Kalai to build a feature… and it basically shipped the whole update by itself.

I gave Kalai Agent (a VS Code AI assistant) one prompt. That's it. It planned the feature, wrote the code, wrote its own tests, ran them, caught a failing test, fixed it, wrote the changelog entry, bumped the version, and packaged the release. All on its own.

I recorded the entire thing start to finish, watch it plan, build, test itself, fix its own bug, and ship v2.3.2. Then at the end I install the fresh build and test the feature live.
