Client Notice: Project Commencement Policy Update
At Eightyseven Technology and IT Solutions, we take every request seriously. When you contact us to build a website or develop software, we invest a great deal of time, skill, and focus to bring your vision to life. Each demo presented to you represents hours of planning, design, coding, and testing.
Unfortunately, we have observed a recurring pattern where, after approving a demo, some clients discontinue communication without explanation. Despite clearly outlining our pricing, timelines, and process before beginning, we often receive no further engagement—only unread or ignored follow-ups.
This behaviour affects our workflow, delays progress, and consumes resources that could be directed toward active clients. More importantly, it shows a lack of consideration for the effort invested.
We encourage all clients to consider this from our perspective. If the roles were reversed, would you be satisfied if your time and work were disregarded?
To ensure a more respectful and efficient process, we will now require a deposit before any demo or development work begins.
This policy is intended to:
• Confirm client commitment before work starts
• Protect the time and energy of our team
• Prevent unnecessary delays and project abandonment
• Maintain a professional standard of engagement
