HypaSoft is a fast growing IT firm that is leading the way in providing robust, reliable and scalable future-ready (IOS & Android) Mobile Applications, Enterprise Software and Web Solutions to the African market and beyond. We are looking for results oriented Sales Officers to join our team.
Scope of role:
The sales officer shall be responsible for helping build revenue by identifying new business prospects and selling product to them. They must maintain relationships with current clients and build and maintain relationships with new clients. They will also need to stay ahead of their competition and work on sharpening and improving their skills by attending classes, seminars or workshops.
Your Tasks
• Research and build a funnel of prospects for sales pitching
• Research and analyze sales options
• Meet with clients virtually or sales visits
• Pitch products to prospective clients and close sales
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
• Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements and optimization of existing products or recommend new products
• Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports
• Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job
• Build and maintain professional networks
• Maintain contact with potential clients to determine their needs
• working towards monthly targets.
Your Profile
• First Degree, HND or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or similar area.
• At least 2 years working experience in Sales or related field. (Experience in the IT or Software industry would be a an advantage)
• Competency and command over the English language.
• Knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
• Understanding of marketing skills and ability to negotiate, handle rejections and objections.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations.
• Fast learner and quick thinker.
• Passionate about sales.
• Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
