We are Hiring | Senior Executive Assistants x2 | Accra, Ghana

We are recruiting two Senior Executive Assistants for a business owner and CEO who needs trusted, high-calibre support at the most senior level.

This is not a standard admin role. You will represent the CEO and Business Owner, manage key relationships, and operate with confidence and sound business judgement both in the office and on the road.

What you'll do:

→ Manage diaries and meetings
→ Represent the CEO at meetings and events
→ Serve as first point of contact for stakeholders
→ Liaise with clients and partners at a high level
→ Prepare presentations, proposals and reports
→ Draft written communications and bids
→ Facilitate travel, lodging and event logistics
→ Travel as required to support CEO and business operations
→ Follow up on client relationships
