Most Churches in our part of the world is use to manually managing their Membership as well their resources. Membership Records
The information of each member are persisted into the Suite database and managed by the administrator. Personal, Tithes, Offering, Association, Transfers and Group Information are recorded for future reference.
Church Accounting System
The Suite easily and accurately manages the Church’s Financial Documents and generate reports at any point in time.
Automated Birthday / Announcements / Activities Alerts
Birthday and Anniversary messages will be sent automatically to individual members. These messages will be sent in the name tag, specified by the user, as well as individual names to uniquely identify the member.
Digital Payment of Tithes/ Offerings
The Church Members can in their comfort zones make payments through the online payment section using their mobile money accounts, Visa/Debit or Master Card.
Clock-in Attendance
The Suite provides a Clock-In Device which allows members to clock-in at every Church service. A graph/ report is generated for attendance at any point in time. The Suite has an extensive search and reporting capabilities
Scalability
Scalability is highly important for any systems. Owatech Church Suite is capable of growing with the Church, both in terms of slow managed growth and sudden change. The suite has been designed from the beginning to scale from a single server machine running all components up to a system involving clustered components and distributed access from a worldwide basis.
Security
The Suite is highly secured as defined security lines are implemented right from the beginning of the Suite. The Suite has the concept of user permissions.
