This week, our team was on the ground at the National ICT Week, hosted by National Information Technology Agency(NITA) Ghana, connecting with businesses, HR professionals, and tech enthusiasts from across the country.
Adaptive Computer Solutions Limited had a booth where we showcased AdaptiveHRIS— our all-in-one HR and payroll platform built for the Ghanaian market, covering payroll, leave management, performance management, employee records, time and attendance, salary advance, medicals, and analytics.
It was an incredible opportunity to:

✅ Understand the everyday challenges organizations face in managing their people operations

We also had the pleasure of moderating a session on Day 2 under the HRTech Playground track, discussing how AI can move people operations beyond automation to real strategic impact.
