Ghana Digital Centres Limited (GDCL) leads the development of technology parks and digital centres across Ghana, providing world-class infrastructure, facilities, and programmes that foster ICT growth and digital innovation. The GDCL was established as a Limited liability company under the Ministry of Communications and Digitalization in 2017 as the parent company of the Accra Digital Centre (ADC)
with the mission to be an Enabler in Ghana’s Digital Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ecosystem mandated to harness the digital potential of Ghana by promoting digital innovation and entrepreneurship by hosting Tech firms and Tech Start-ups. Our Vision: To enable a leap into the digital age in order to help position Ghana as a
regional ICT hub and to aid a transition from a raw material-based economy to a knowledge based one. Our Mission: To provide the required environment, infrastructure, facilities and services that facilitate the growth of ICT/ITES sector and nurtures and accelerates technological innovation and augments the private sector’s role in providing relevant ICT solutions to various sectors of the economy.
