I recently joined a Nigerian motion design community with the goal of pushing my creative growth and sharpening my motion design skills. The community is filled with incredibly talented designers, and one person who truly stands out and inspires me is Esther Chidinma her motion style and creative approach are remarkable.
The program runs for 12 weeks, and I’m currently in week 3. Although I’m not done with the program yet, I was challenged at this stage to create a motion design for PastCare a platform that helps churches manage their affairs and documentation with ease. It was a challenging task, but it pushed me to think differently about motion, and I’m pleased with how the work is progressing.
I’ve come to realize that being only a graphic designer is no longer enough for me. My focus is now on growing as a full time motion designer, making motion my primary skill and creative direction.
Joining this community has reshaped how I approach motion and storytelling, and I’m committed to improving consistently.
