Service Parts Logistics is an innovative marketplace aimed at simplifying and accelerating the search and order of parts for industrial equipment. The SPL platform brings together various parts suppliers, allowing clients to quickly find the necessary components.
Our goal was to create a transparent and open platform that eliminates barriers between suppliers and those who need them, making the ordering process more straightforward and efficient.
The primary focus was on fairness and integrity in all transactions. This means ensuring the quality and reliability of parts, as well as verifying each supplier.
To ensure high operational efficiency, we implemented process automation, expedited invoice generation, improved delivery, redesigned the interface, and accelerated the site's search functionality by tenfold!
