📶 Better Wi-Fi coverage in a challenging building

Today’s job involved upgrading an existing Wi-Fi network inside an old barn, where thick walls and the building’s construction were limiting both coverage and performance.

We improved the setup to deliver:

✅ Wider and more consistent Wi-Fi coverage
✅ Better speeds throughout the building
✅ Fewer weak spots and connection problems
✅ A more reliable network for everyday use

Older and converted buildings can be difficult environments for Wi-Fi, but the right equipment and careful positioning can make a significant difference.

If your business is struggling with slow Wi-Fi, poor coverage or unreliable connections, 1stByte IT & Telecoms can help.

A VoIP phone system uses internet protocol to deliver high-quality voice calls over your internet connection instead of relying on traditional phone lines. Unlike traditional telephony, which depends on the public switched telephone network, modern VoIP systems route voice traffic digitally, giving businesses greater flexibility, lower costs, and significantly more advanced features.

With the right VoIP phone service, your team can make and receive phone calls from desk phone units, IP phones, desktop phone software and mobile devices, all without changing your business phone number. Whether you operate from a single office or manage remote teams, a cloud phone system keeps your business communications connected at all times.

At 1st Byte, we provide business VoIP solutions designed to improve call quality and boost productivity across your organisation.
