So I get a call from one of my customers saying the server has gone down. I said first of all power all the pc's off. Leave for 30 mins then repower up the server. They then say to me no it hasnt worked. So I say send me a pic of the server front so I can see what lights are on it etc. This is the pic they sent....... I know I am good at what i do but this.....
