I have experienced the whole martial arts journey myself. Form the first contact with a school, the free trial and years later being awarded a Shorai 2nd Dan Black Belt. The experience has given me first-hand experience and valuable insight into martial arts schools. I have worked as a creative both in customer-facing marketing and in the internal communications industry for many years. I performed as Head of Design for one of the best companies in the UK delivering high-quality design, focused on engaging and inspiring different audiences. I was the creative lead on projects which won many accolades including several-time winner of the highest industry recognised IOIC 'Award of Excellence'. Loving martial arts and being a creative designer, I wanted to combine the two as a profession. In 2019 I left my head of design role and set up 'Martial Arts Creative' - a creative design agency focused on bringing high-quality design and branding to the martial arts industry. The Martial Arts Creative Elite Partnership - how we operate
The Partnership service offers martial arts schools a bronze, silver and gold subscription service (paid monthly or yearly by standing order). Schools choose which level of service suits them depending on their monthly design needs. We currently have a growing number of martial arts schools that are benefitting from being part of our MAC Elite Partnership subscription service which enables them to budget for creative work with a fixed monthly amount.

10 FUN LIL’ DRAGON MARTIAL ARTS EXERCISE STATION CARDS
are a great way to keep your little ninjas engaged on what exercise to perform at which station. When used together, they offer a high-energy full-body workout!

The cards are designed to be used for time-based circuit training. For example, 20 seconds on each station, with a 15-second rest between exercises. Then over around to the next station.

USE THE CARDS TO ENGAGE your younger students with a FUN exercise game. Turn the cards upside down, shuffle them and ask a student to pick a card. Whichever card is revealed, that's the next class exercise. It could be star jumps or press-ups.

There are 12 cards in a set. (Size is A5)
Enter the block title, for example, “Details”
1. Run on the spot
2. Squats
3. Squat with a kick
4. Star jumps
5. Plank
6. Press-ups
7. Sit-ups
8. High knees
9. Leg raises
