Morning all !
So i have to change the way i do things a little i’m afraid !
A few time recently ive had a phone call asking about a specific repair like a samsung battery replace etc !
Obviously fuel being silly prices the customer wants to avoid multiple trips and i’ve tried to accommodate !
In the past i have ordered batteries etc and customer comes in when it arrives BUT i’ve also had times when i’ve paid ordered and my calls are ignored or the customer doesn’t want it anymore !
With apple that’s not a big deal but Android batteries are often unique and it maybe literally years before i see that model needing a battery again , by which time the battery i have is no good anyway !
So IF you want me to order a part before you visit you will need to bank transfer first AND agree that once it arrives the battery is yours regardless of a change in circumstance !
It’s sad but i’ve just tallied uncollected parts to over £400 ! net to me ! That’s not good financially environmentally or for my admin stress levels either 🙈
