Engage – a growing success

Our award winning school management information system, Engage, is now in use with more than 600 independent and fee-paying schools globally. It offers one platform to manage all of the key academic, administrative and financial needs of the school - as our CEO, Barry Anns, likes to say, it offers a single source of truth.

Engage was created out of demand from UK-based schools, some of which we have not been working with in excess of 30 years. For the past decade we’ve also been working in an increasing number of countries globally, to meet the needs of schools and groups that are responding to the demand for high quality education across the world.

We have regional operations in the Middle East and South East Asia, with wholly owned branch companies in Australia and South Africa. But our core activity remains in Yeovil, Somerset in the UK. Perhaps best known to outsides as the home of Leonardo (previously Agusta Westland), the leading high technology helicopter manufacturer. It’s here that we develop Engage on a continuous cycle and provide the heart of our global hours support, training and implementation services.

It was a proud moment when we received the Queen’s Award for Enterprise: International Trade in 2016, the first company with our product of our type to do so. But we don’t rest on our laurels and already we are operating in around 10 more countries his receiving this valued honour. Our team has expanded again since that time but we have maintained our friendly, service-focused culture and deep understanding of needs of our customers.
