I’ve been there. I’ve walked the cold halls of prison, feeling the weight of chains—both physical and emotional. Yet those very chains prepared me to walk into places like San Quentin, to look men in the eye and say, “I know your pain. I’ve been in your shoes. And there’s hope for you.”

In 2008, I faced the crushing blows of financial devastation. I laid off 40 employees—family to me—and nearly lost everything I’d worked for. But that season of loss wasn’t the end. It gave me a fire, a passion, and a purpose to lift others up. Today, I fight for shop owners and leaders so they don’t have to endure what I did. That pain gave me a Word of Power, a mission to turn my scars into a roadmap for others.

And here’s the truth: YOU have that same power. Whatever you’ve gone through—betrayal, loss, failure, heartbreak—it wasn’t for nothing. It’s your qualification. It’s your testimony. It’s what makes you uniquely equipped to touch lives, speak to hearts, and set others free.
