Does your Fuseboard look like this? ⚡️🔥

It might be time for an upgrade or in some cases a full Rewire 🤔

These 50/60 year old Fuseboards were what we were up against yesterday when carrying out an EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report) with the smaller one still containing Asbestos 👴🏻🫣☠️

Having no RCD protection there was very little stopping an earth fault or even electrocution under fault conditions and yet they’re still in service till this day 🤯🛑

Regardless of the conditions of the Fuseboards/dwelling, these bad boys will finally and safely be put to rest and swapped for a more up to date consumer unit due to wiring regulations and the customer wanting work done! 😍🤩🥳

Good riddance 🤓😅

FINALLY, At long last! 😅🫠

This was not your average shed build and with it being our first time doing the other trades, believe me it caused a few head scratches 🤔🙁

When you have no choice but to make it happen, a deadline, other jobs to sort, family and life getting in the way, we used our initiative and persevered 🧐👏🏻

With only a cupboard around the Fuseboard and PVC cladding of the ceiling left to do tomorrow, there’s actually nothing stopping Hannah from making a start and pursuing in her new groom room now that maternity leave has come to an end. 🤩✨⭐️
