I have recently moved from Reading to Wroughton, just outside of Swindon. Going forward, I suspect this change will mean that I will be mostly active within the Wiltshire area, however, I am more than happy to still provide my services to Berkshire, Hampshire and Oxfordshire too.

**General Troubleshooting/Resolution**

- I aim to troubleshoot and resolve any issue you're experiencing. I can attend your address or remotely access your device using a secure, encrypted, remote access tool such as TeamViewer or LogMeIn, etc. Alternatively, for a small collection/delivery fee, I will organise collection of your device so I can complete working on it in my home office. Once my job is done, I will then organise delivering it back to you.

**Laptop / Desktop Clean**

- If your computer is regularly overheating or you've noticed your system fans are always running at full speed, it may be time to book your device in for a clean! Internal dust build up can cause long term issues if not addressed as higher internal temperatures place a greater strain on your hardware, this can lead to an unexpected hardware failure. I will remove any built up internal dust and dirt, as well as wiping down your device externally using anti-bacterial wipes to ensure your device is returned to you looking & performing as good as new!

**Laptop / Desktop Service**

- Computers are like cars, they need to be serviced regularly to maintain optimal performance levels. If your device is constantly running slowly, it may need a service to kick it back in to gear! Please call/email/message for more details as I offer several different servicing options that can be tailored to your needs.

**Hardware Install*

- I've been installing hardware since I was 16 years old (over 14 years ago now!). I've done it all, from fitting new Processors (CPU), adding extra memory (RAM), upgrading Graphics Cards (GPU) and much, much more. If you provide with the hardware, I will install it for you.

**Live Streaming Set Up & Configuration**

- Having successfully configured my own live streaming set up, I am now offering a service to set yours up for you. If you're an aspiring live streamer/content creator, you may already have all of the hardware/software you need, however, you just need a pair of hands to set it all up for you, that's where I step in.
