A 2019 27" Apple iMac A2115 in for Fusion Drive Removal and 2TB Samsung 980 PRO SSD Upgrade.

This customer has already upgraded to 64GB of RAM allowing more Apps open at once. It was still running terribly slow.

The speed disk speed is now 60x better with solid state technology...perfect for fast startup and rendering raw video. It now also has twice the storage.

21.5" 2017 iMac A1418 in for SSD and RAM upgrade.

The original 1TB 'Spinning' hard disk passed its SMART Test but was running at 10MB/s (10x Slower than when new).
We replaced it with a Samsung SSD and it now runs at over 500MB/s...starts up in seconds and no waiting around for Apps to start.

We also removed the logic board and upgraded the RAM from 8GB to 16GB using the hidden memory sockets behind. This memory upgrade alows many more apps to be opened at once without the machine slowing down.

A 2010 15" MacBook Pro A1286 from Bognor Regis which was suffering from a green hue on the screen which came and went depending on how the MacBook was picked up.

It was a failed BGA array under the graphics MUX chip which allows the system to switch between 2 x Graphics chips.

We removed and reballed the MUX chip which rectified the fault.
It was also given a well deserved service.

A 2017 15" A1707 MacBook Pro from Horsham in for 'Flexgate while you Wait'.

Go for a walk on the beach for an hour while we save you £550 on the cost of Apples screen replacement cost!

If your 2016 or 2017 MacBook Pro is suffering from a black screen when opened it is suffering from Flexgate.
Apple designed the cable too short which splits when the screen is fully opened.

A MacBook Air M1 A2337 picked up and dropped back to Kingston Gorse.

It was water damaged and completely dead.

I'm still amazed at how these only use 200mA of power fully on once the battery is charged.

Apple might actually be doing the environment some good now after all!

A 15" 2017 MacBook Pro A1707 with a blown CD3215C USBc chip. Each USBc port has its own chip which all need to communicate correctly for the battery to charge or USB devices to work correctly.

There was a pad burnt away which we had to rebuild allowing the chip to then communicate with the USB device.

This MacBook now charges too 👌.

A 15" 2012 MacBook Pro A1398 RETINA given a new lease of life.
We still love this model and it still performs well for a 10 year old machine.

✅ 2 x Fans stripped down and cleaned out. Heatsink cleaned out. Dust removed from the vents and case internals. Fresh thermal paste applied.
