It's been quite a while since the last update, but that doesn't mean we've not been busy.
Starting with the mobile app, there was a refresh of the look and feel, making it faster and easier to use. Plus there have been a number of new features added for when you're on the job or out and about:
1. Add a customer and schedule or update an appointment for an existing customer - no need to do it from the website
2. Photos - take a profile photo for the appliance so you can easily recognise it (and see the photo on the app and website), and take photos for an appointment for your records
3. See your schedule for the next few days and simply tap on the customer's name to load their details for a sweep
4. Save a partial certificate for later - if you want to make notes and take photos, and then complete the certificate later, you can save a draft and reload it when you're ready
5. Download your sweeps for the day so you can keep working no matter the internet coverage
6. Share files instead of emailing - if you have a customer who would like to receive their certificate via WhatsApp, just toggle the option and choose how to share it

Across the rest of the platform there have been a number of updates including booking confirmations, a calendar where you can add and update appointments directly, a map of your due and overdue customers, posting certificates as letters, a monthly data download for your records, import your contacts as customers from Google, and much more.
