𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘄 𝗻𝗼𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗮 𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗺𝗮 𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗽 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻'𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗯𝗮𝗱

That's the point we had to argue during an icebreaker 𝗮𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗱𝗮𝘆…

Our Senior Designer, Jake, introduced a new game to put everyone at ease and get conversation flowing.

𝗪𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗹𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽𝘀:

👩🏻‍⚖️ Jury
👮🏻‍♀️ Prosecution
🛡️ Defence

𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗰.

Depending on which group we were in, we had to argue for or against the topic, whilst the jury tried to trip us up with difficult questions.

It was so much fun!

𝗜 𝘄𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻, 𝗕𝗲𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝗵 𝗜𝗡𝗩𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗗.

Ben even ended up with a hastily made paper tie at one point.

𝗕𝘂𝘁, 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲?

🗨️ Everyone, from our newest volunteer to our most senior team members, lost their inhibitions in the heat of the debate and got involved.

💡 It relied on fast and furious creative thinking.

🤝 Team work was essential.

🤔 It forced everyone to consider different perspectives.
