MENU - Week 1
Staring on Monday the 16th of January
Adult portions are £5.00 each
Child portions are £2.50 each (half the size of an adult portion so if your child is 13 and plays a lot of sport probably worth getting an adult portion 😂😂😂)
Please get in touch if you would like prices for vegetarian dishes. Only some of my meals are adaptable for Veggies so I have stated this below.
Collection is free and delivery is chargeable - this will depend on where you live. Pm me your address and we can agree on a price.
Family meals are available and will be cheaper than the above quoted portions but I will do this on request depending on how many people in your family.
There will be several options for the side dish depending on dietary requirements and if they are for children.
The main part of the meals are all CLEAN- sugar and refined carbohydrate free (unless otherwise stated) and either no salt or low in salt. I have offered carbohydrate sides incase you would like them or you would like them for your children.
Monday
Chicken breast Satay on a skewer served with a cabbage, carrot and bean sprout stir fry with a delish Asian sauce. Egg noodles can be done as an optional side instead of stir fry. Allergens: Peanuts. Egg and wheat in the egg noodles.
This can be adapted for Vegetarians. I can do vegetable Satay.
Tuesday
Shepherds Pie (lamb) with a sweet potato topping. I can use a normal potato topping if you'd prefer. I can make a vegetarian version with quorn mince.
Wednesday
Beef massamam curry. (mild) Coriander garnish and cauliflower rice. Option for normal rice (white or wholegrain) but will be delivered raw to avoid any health hazards involved in re-heating rice.
Allergens: Peanut, crustaceans and fish.
Thursday
Prawn and lentil Spanish style stew with chorizo. Served on a bed of kale or green beans. I can leave out the chorizo if you're avoiding pork products.
Allergens: crustaceans
Friday
Pulled pork with winter slaw and a green salad.
Allergens: celeriac, mustard and eggs.
Saturday
Clean bolognese sauce - meat rich and lots of hidden veggies for those kids who don't eat veg. I highly recommend trying this. Everyone raves about it. Can do veg version with quorn. Served with courgetti or spaghetti.
Sunday
Lemon and garlic Roast chicken, creamed leeks, steamed greens roasted root veg and the option for the most imcredible roast potatoes! Gravy too.
