A look at our MVS HQ.

Situated near the stunning Dorset coastline, our Ferndown office is the beating heart of MVS.

It’s home to our pre-commissioning tech centre, distribution warehouse, Help Desk for our Support Service, and head office functions.

Alongside our London office in the heart of the City and our Basingstoke team supporting clients across the M3/M4 corridor, each location plays an important role in how we support clients across the UK.

While Ferndown drives the operational side of the business, our London and Basingstoke bases keep us closely connected to customer sites, project meetings, and the latest AV innovations and experience centres.

Too many boardrooms are overcomplicated, over-cabled, and underperforming.

This space was no exception.

The existing setup simply wasn’t fit for purpose. A screen that was too small made presentations difficult to follow from the back of the room, while a combination of an all-in-one video bar, separate loudspeaker bar, and consumer-grade TV had created unnecessary cabling and ongoing reliability issues — not what you want in a boardroom environment.

So, we stripped it back and started again.

At the heart of the new setup is the Yealink MeetingBoard Pro, an interactive all-in-one solution designed to simplify the meeting room experience while improving performance across the board. Paired with the Yealink CTP25, the room now delivers a far more intuitive, streamlined, and dependable user experience.

Sometimes the best technology is the kind people no longer have to think about.

From an empty shell to a powerful meeting space.

This 11-person meeting room went from stripped-out walls to a collaborative hub — complete with an LG Global 86" commercial display, Yealink A50 All-in-One Video Bar, and dual table microphones.

With a Yealink room booking panel outside the door, the space is simple to book and ready to go.
