iPrint Solutions UK Limited

The iPrint way will help us to understand and deliver a better experience to customers. Ultimately, it will help us to build a great business. We know that in the past, the print industry has let its customers down. Over-promising and providing poor service has resulted in printing being perceived as a commodity, with little trust between customer and provider. THAT HAS TO CHANGE

iPrint must re-write the rules of our industry. Our core belief is that our customers deserve better. Our aim is to deliver it. That means providing a real choice for customers. How will we use the iPrint way? The iPrint way describes the guiding principles that drive our business. However, we will succeed through actions, not words alone. It is what we do, not what we say, that counts. Our actions must deliver a tangible customer experience that demonstrates better understanding, better service and better value. On Our customers terms, not ours. We will us the iPrint way as a day to day aid to decision making. It will also become part of everything we do, from our hiring process to the way we evaluate performance. iPrint WE CAN ALWAYS FIND A BETTER WAY
