Good afternoon world!! I spent the morning with Lisa Baker-Murray creating authentic brand photography for her business. We took a mixture of images both inside and outside to showcase her fun and fabulous personality.

We’ve now known each other just over a year when we met at Peakefest conference sitting together on Dr Clare Roberts-Molloy MBA, MSc, BSc, JP table. Over the last year, we’ve worked together to update her website, her business branding and now her brand photography too.

Today I celebrate my Three Year Anniversary as a self-employed Business Owner. This past year has been an incredible mix of achievements and challenges that have tested me to my very core!

I’ve managed to get my own office space, I’ve expanded my business network and met some more incredible people that I now consider very good friends, I’ve collaborated with many new people and worked on brilliant projects and I’ve grown in confidence in the work that I do.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone that has shown me support through using my business, giving me encouraging messages, referring me to others as a trusted business to use and generally building great relationships within this business industry.

I have exciting plans that I will be sharing in due course so watch this space.

Good afternoon world! I spent a wonderful morning with Jennifer Bentick at a beautiful property in Shrewsbury creating beautiful images for her Brand Photography session. We laughed so much this morning and it reminded me of the joyful parts of running a business too.

Good afternoon world!!! I was getting a bit sick of being inside today so I decided to take myself to my local park and sit on a park bench. I am currently working on the ‘success stories’ of my new branded website for my business Alexander Media Creative Alexander Media Creative SME Consultancy (Please follow)

I’m writing down some of the work I have worked on with some amazing female business owners and female leaders within their organisations. It’s very satisfying to recall these recent memories and read over their ‘five star’ feedback after working with me.

As a business owner, I love the freedom I have to be able to work where ever I feel the day is leading me too. Mostly I’m based in my office in West Midlands House, but sometimes when the weather is nice I can pop to the park and do some writing and research on my phone.

Good morning world!!! I got invited by Claire Higgins to be a part of a collaboration Wedding shoot at 'The Mount, Wolverhampton' Hotel and I couldn't say no!! I, along with other wedding suppliers and a model bride and groom, came together to stage a beautiful wedding from the make up and hair of the bride, to the main reception room set up, to the decorating of the outdoor ceremony area to the post wedding pictures too.

It was fun to come together and work with so many different people on the day, all with the same goal in mind, to create the best creative display possible to help promote each other's businesses in the wedding and event market.

Good morning world!!! I absolutely love collaboration and especially when it comes to creativity. Over the past two days, I have been working with Josie Gamble from Gamble Designs and Anna Walsh from CHADD Churches Housing Association of Dudley & District to collect personal testimonies and stories from staff members and service users of how the organisation of CHADD has affected them over the past year for their AGM meeting in September.

I have captured many stories over the past two days about how the lives of services users who have experienced domestic violence have been turned around because of the support that CHADD has provided, the safety that they now feel and the hope they now have for the future. Staff members also shared their love for their jobs, the reward they feel because of the positive impact they are having on people and excitement they have for the service users future prospects because of the work they do.

The art of 'storytelling' is so essential today in effectively marketing what your business or organisation is doing. It allows the consumer to understand who you are, the heart behind what you do and what you have achieved for other clients or service users in the past.

Good morning world!!! Fun was had with Leah Crowfoot on our brand shoot recently. I’ve known Leah now for a couple of years and especially recently, have gotten to know her on a more personal level. Although she works with money, teaching people how to manage it and create a life that thrives with it, she wanted to show her fun and wild personality through her shoot.
