PPL are proud to have been awarded the contract to roll out our Virtual Wallet solution for direct payments across Cornwall.

This county-wide rollout reinforces our commitment to helping make Direct Payments easy for Local Authorities, their partners, and the individuals they support.

If your council is exploring digital payment solutions or ways to improve resident experience and operational efficiency, please get in touch. We’d be happy to share lessons from our work with other Local Authorities and ICBs, and discuss how Virtual Wallet could work for your area.
