Just letting people know that I’m seeing these metal securing plates missing when they have had their phone repaired from some repair shops in the Wigan area. These stop the flex cables from becoming loose if you drop your phone. Also they are not fitting new screen gaskets if needed which help with sealing the screen and helps stop moisture getting in. This takes more time to do than fit the screen, so you can see why they miss that step out.
