❗️What I thought writing a book would be like vs. what it was actually like!! ❗️

I thought writing a book would be easy — just get the ideas out of your head and onto the page, right?

But once you start, you realise it’s not that simple. It’s late nights, endless edits, second-guessing every paragraph, and the occasional “why did I even start this?” moment.

I’ll be honest — the hardest part wasn’t writing the book. At times, I developed full-blown literary diarrhoea! 💬 The editing, on the other hand… well, that was painful at times!

Writing a book isn’t just a creative project — it’s a test of patience, focus, and a bit of healthy obsession.

Still, when the words finally click into place, it’s worth every bit of the madness.
