This week (5th October) I’ve mostly been:
- Enjoying a cheeky Thursday night out to Mrs Doubtfire at Newcastle Theatre Royal
- Talking about promotion, marketing and placement for a new business
- Starting to share some early Christmas marketing; holidays are coming…🎄
- Providing ideas on what could be produced for a business's 21st Birthday celebration
- Joining Richard Etienne's live workshop about being more extroverted 🤔

We did manage to:

🎤 Print posters for a Mark Watson Event at The Exchange 1856
💒 Produce mounted prints and leaflets for Wedding Fairs North East
🌸 Sign off and print menus for Flower Cafe Whitley Bay
📷 Run photo prints for a couple of local photographers
📦 Produce sample packaging for a new product in development
🖨 Print large outdoor posters for Annethomas Workwear Ltd
🎃 Run Halloween posters and more for Three Brass Monkeys Whitley Bay
🎭 Print leaflets for Unique Theatre
📇 Sign off and print business cards for SI Tynemouth, Whitley Bay & District
🦪 Print a short run of menus for The O Co.

Thanks to all of these fantastic businesses for shopping local!
..and now, I am enjoying a coffee at Dough WB before family time. Have a good weekend!

- Talking to clients about when to rebrand
- Launching our October Christmas Card offer
- Writing about how to make an impact at an exhibition and not blending in
- Creating case studies for my new website
- Lunching at the fabulous Thirteen Cafe

So pleased that Newcastle United are highlighting the design process in the unveiling of their new logo.

​There is so much behind logo design - I love the story, heritage and belief behind the badge and I’m glad they have stayed faithful to this and it hasn't been changed too much.

​However, technology moves on; to design well, you also have to consider practical print and digital application, and this redraft does just that.
