Wellness is a big thing at Wish. We are so lucky to work in an amazing location that supports mind health and what with cycling to work, lunchtime boot camps and local walks we can tick the physical health box too.

Our latest piece of kit is not the MacBook M5 Max but a simple blood pressure machine to keep tabs on our general fitness.

Meet Fiona, one of our brilliant designers and a very familiar face at Wish, having been part of the team for an incredible 21 years.

Fiona is great at what she does, incredibly efficient and one of those people who simply gets stuff done. No fuss, no drama, just really good creative work, delivered.

When she’s not designing, you’ll usually find her making something else. She loves baking, sewing and generally putting the rest of us to shame with how productive she is outside work too.

We’re very lucky to have her!

Meet Steve, our Creative Director and genuine Wish original 🎨

He’s been part of the team for almost 20 years, which means there isn’t much he hasn’t designed, art directed, reworked, improved or quietly rescued at the eleventh hour.

A proper creative whizz, Steve has an eye for the details most of us would miss and a knack for turning a rough idea into something seriously good.

When he’s not at Wish, you’ll usually find him on the slopes. Sadly, the slopes are indoors and nowhere near the Alps… but we’re told the après-ski spirit is still very much alive.

Some of the team had a great day at the Northern Marketing Festival yesterday!

A proper reminder of how valuable it is to step away from the day-to-day, get out from behind the screens and hear from people genuinely building brands, businesses and communities from the ground up.

There were loads of honest conversations, smart insights and inspiring founder-led stories from people doing things differently... and making it work. It was also refreshing to hear people speak openly about the (sometimes very chaotic) reality of marketing, growth and creativity, especially as we all try to figure out this new AI era together.

We came away with plenty of ideas and takeaways.
