🌿 Introducing Green Thread 🌿
After months of research, conversations, and collaboration with local businesses, I’m excited to officially introduce Green Thread, a digital platform designed to help SMEs make sustainability practical, achievable, and genuinely valuable.
Over the past few months, I’ve had the privilege of speaking with business owners across North Somerset and Bristol. From cafés and breweries to construction and retail. One thing is clear:
- Businesses want to be more sustainable
- But are held back by lack of time, knowledge, and clear guidance
Green Thread was created to solve exactly that.
What does Green Thread Do?
Green Thread brings together in one place:
- Expert sustainability guidance
- Access to trusted, local sustainable suppliers
- Simple tools for tracking progress, compliance and impact

This platform has been shaped directly through conversations with local SMEs, and I’m incredibly grateful for the support already shown.
We are now moving into our pilot phase, working closely with a growing number of businesses to refine the platform and ensure it delivers real value.

It should instead:
