Alphatec Systems Ltd We are a small family run ICT consultancy and support company based in Weston-super-Mare, Somerset.

We have recently relocated from Lancashire to be closer to our family where over the last 6 years we have assisted local businesses bring their ICT systems up to date and provided the support needed to keep their systems running effectively. We have retained many of our customers in Lancashire and continue to provide them with technical support, with most of this work being completed using our rem

ote support tools. We are now looking forward to growing the business in Somerset and beyond. We have a wealth of experience working in the IT industry having completed a lot of work with local authorities in recent years and prior to this I worked as the network manager at a large IT training facility. Although we are a small company we can draw upon expertise from a network of trusted and highly skilled associates. This helps to keep our overheads down enabling us to pass on these cost savings to our customers. With over 15 years experience working within an IT environment I have obtained an in depth knowledge of how it can help to increase the efficiency and productivity of your business. With experience with all versions of Microsoft Windows including their server systems and Microsoft Exchange and more recently Linux and Google Apps with a view to enabling cloud based systems helping to cut ongoing maintenance and support costs.

6 years ago I decided to take my knowledge and enthusiasm forward by setting up a small business to assist small to medium sized businesses to use their IT systems effectively. The business has continued to grow and now has a established client base ranging from small start-up companies with less than 5 users up to well established businesses with larger more complex multi-site systems with 150 plus users.
